Venison Entree Sausage
Etrius, a Great Pyrenees puppy about three and a half months old, came to visit this weekend. He heard I had Venison Entree Sausage from Jones Natural Chews, and he wanted to try out his cute look, see if he could score some treats. I hear he’s been practicing the puppy dog eyes for picking up chicks. Don’t worry – I didn’t let him near the coop. And really, like I’d turn down any dog begging for treats. Say hi to Etrius, y’all.
Etrius’ owner is a long time friend of my son, and lives nearby. He walked over to say hi and see what kind of treats I recommended for training a puppy. Truth be told, he already has Etrius pretty well trained for a Great Pyrenees puppy (they’re known to have a stubborn streak). But he’s smart to ask, since training is an ongoing thing with this breed. I had just the right treat in mind, and plenty on hand, thanks to Jones Natural Chews. The perfect training treat is the Venison Entree Sausage.
This treat snaps into small pieces, making it just right for any size dog. It’s not a greasy treat, so it can be shoved into a pocket as you’re walking out the door. And it’s mostly meat, naturally. Here’s what Jones Natural Chews has to say about their Venison Entree Sausage:
Venison Entrée Sausage treat is made from the wild side! This sausage is USA all-natural venison (deer) that is oven baked, full of adventure for your wild, fun, and crazy pups. It is a hypoallergenic treat for those dogs with allergies and has no artificial ingredients. These sticks break easily for training treats and are a great treat for all size dogs. All Jones’ products are 100% grown and made in the USA.
They’re three ingredients – venison, rye flour and salt. And here’s what Etrius has to say about it:
And because so many of you have puppies (not gonna lie – dogs of all ages go crazy for the Venison Entree Sausage), Jones Natural Chews is giving this perfect training treat to some lucky dog! Could it be your dog? Well, you’ll have to enter to see! Entering is easy, as you’ll see below, but we have a rule about who can enter.
- Must be a resident of the contiguous US to enter
Once upon a time we could ship treats to Canada. The Mail Moose there decided to put a stop to companies shipping dog treats to individuals. So, while we do sell our product in the Great White North, we cannot ship to individuals. It breaks my little pea-pickin’ heart.
It breaks Etrius’s heart, too. Now, to make Etrius smile, and to make your dog smile, click on the Rafflecopter and enter! If you really want to make your dog smile, you’ll tweet every day! It greatly increases your chances of winning.
Go give your dog a Jones Natural Chew and watch it smile! And come back tomorrow to tweet for a better chance to win. Oh, and to read a great post by our friend Susan, at Budget Earth, about why natural treats are the best for teething puppies!
