HAVE YOU ENTERED THE TREAT GIVEAWAY?! DO IT NOW!!! I’ll wait.
What are you thankful for? Rather, for what are you thankful? Grammar rules drive me nuts. And there’s a daily thankful thing running around FaceCrack that I’m not playing. Instead, I’d like to put some “thankful for” here on the blog, while participating in 2 Brown Dawgs’ This n That Thursday blog hop.
I’m thankful for Jones Natural Chews. That should be obvious, right, since I work for them? But how many of you truly love your jobs and are thankful for not only the job, but your employer? I am. Not just that I have a job (the best job in the world), but I appreciate that Jones is family run, that they’re committed to excellence, that their product is all natural and all made in the USA, and that they quietly and consistently give to shelters all over the country.
I’m thankful for my Hunny, that he’s a hard working man who is devoted to me. I’d say he’s devoted to his kids, but they’re all teens and semi-adults right now. The jury is still out on that one. 😉 Even so, Hunny is involved in our youngest boy’s Scout troop. And Hunny built this mother beautiful coop for my chickens.
I’m thankful for my kids, but especially the youngest, Sasquatch. I’m sure I’d kill him right now at the drop of a hat, after a 10 day road trip together, but the boy makes me proud all the time.
I’m thankful for my dogs. Flash and Patches are companions for me and each other. These babies put up with so much from our family. They protect us from bad guys. They play and make us smile. And they LOVE Jones chews. But they don’t eat out of the box of chews which arrives every month, and I’m REALLY thankful for that.
I’m thankful for Jimmy the Duck. Seriously. He’s been a great pet the last two years. And he’s quite photogenic. I never imagined I’d love a bird this much. Or that a duck would bite me so.
I’m thankful for friends and family who let me come into their homes and take pictures of their sweet dogs. They sure don’t have to do that.
I’m thankful for so much more. Muchly I am thankful for all of you. My bloggy friends. Y’all have been funny, educational, wise, comforting, accommodating. I’m so glad to call you friends, whether I’ve met you in person or online. Thank you for being you.
For what are you thankful? Pretend it’s Thanksgiving. Tell me in the comments. 🙂
Now. Go leave a comment on the giveaway page! That treat won’t give itself away!
Until I write again …
