It’s no surprise, the Jones girls know how to have fun! The Jones Natural Chews company is a family run organization. Most of the office staff is related, with friends thrown in for fun. It’s a tightly run ship, with hard working people from the front to the back, and everyone takes their job seriously. I’m impressed every time I turn around. They do it right. But being serious all the time? Nope. The Jones girls having fun is also impressive. Check out Nicole. In a box.
I work hundreds of miles from the Jones office, so I miss out on most of the pranking that happens there. Some days that’s a good thing. Other days, I really wish I could be there to see their faces when stuff goes down. Some days I wish I was there to take pranks over the top. Surprise people. Like Nicole did.
Jones Natural Chews bakes, packages and ships a bazillion meat treats for dogs. So they have boxes everywhere! All shapes and sizes. Jenna has a bottomless box which lives in her office. Chewy stopped me, just now, as I was typing, to ask a question.
No, Chewy. Jones sends you plenty of treats. Now hush and I’ll give you one when I’m done here. This box is to protect displays, so there’s no top or bottom. It just slides over a display. Or over Nicole. While Jenna was out of her office. Do you know what happened next, Chewy?
Well, of course Nicole jumped out of that box to surprise Jenna when she came back to the office! And the other Jones girls (they’re all Jones girls, regardless of family affiliation – I’m even a Jones girl now), the rest of the Jones girls put a chair between Jenna and the box. Because it freaked Jenna out and she started screaming. The next natural response would have been Jenna beating Nicole senseless. Which, I’m curious why someone didn’t set up a video camera and let that happen. That’s YouTube gold right there. Anywho …
War has been declared. Jones has promised to keep me in the loop when retaliation happens, and I’ll pass it on here. Until then, Jones will continue to make amazing treats that are 100% all natural and 100% grown and made in the USA!
