Y’all, Jones Natural Chews promotes the Saddle Knuckle as a medium to large dog chew. And rightly so. It’s a huge knuckle bone. But is the Saddle Knuckle for small dogs a good idea?
Bitsy thinks so. Remember last week when I stopped in Jackson, MS, to treat some adorable dogs? Bitsy is a 15 pound lap dog with few teeth left in her mouth. And this is what she did when her mama gave her the Saddle Knuckle.
This all natural, single ingredient bone from Jones was featured last month, but Bitsy declared that y’all must see it again. Because she loves it so. How much did Bitsy love the Saddle Knuckle? Take a look.
According to Jones, the soft knuckle material is completely edible, leaving a hard bone for gnawing. A rounded bone that’s safer for large dogs and aggressive chewers. Bitsy paid no attention to that and destroyed this bone, getting down to the hard part in less than a week. Good girl. She took it out in exactly the right way.
But really, I have to remind you that we’re having a giveaway! The Chewer’s Gift pack is a great Christmas gift or stocking stuffer for the dogs on your list. I blame the Canadian mail moose.
Until I write again …
