Jones Natural Chews is all about making dogs smile. I knew that. I did. But being at Bark World this weekend with a purse full of Beef Liver Taffy proved it. Rock solid. Check it out.
Dogs were sticking their noses in my purse left and right. I felt like the Pied Piper of Bark World. It was kinda cute for awhile. But there was this one dog … he got more than one treat. I won’t name names *ahem – McGrady* Someone called the Beef Liver Taffy dog crack. Pretty much.
Y’all, I had a GREAT time at Bark World. It was great to reconnect with blogging friends and meet new ones. Good to sit in classes and learn. Way too much fun to give treats to adorable dogs. I’ll be talking more about it over time, as well as sharing fun photos.
But today I want to show you what was waiting for me when I got home from Atlanta:
Flash and Patches are such good dogs, keeping my home and kids safe from harm while I was gone, not able to travel with me, protecting the duck and chickens, not eating the rabbit. They were especially good because a box of bones arrived the day I left and they didn’t try ripping it open. I know they could smell it because when I grabbed the box to open it, they came right over and put their noses on the box.
I can’t blame them. It held all kinds of delicious bones. I even shot a smidgen of video.
And that wasn’t all! Humperdink wanted to get in on the yummy goodness of the bones.
Crazy stuff.
Here’s what to stay tuned for in the near future as giveaways:
- A cool reflective leash
- A book about a dog – A Dog Named Boo
- A Petco gift card
- A Rover.com gift card
- Some other stuff that was in my swag bag at Bark World
Why can’t I tell you what that other stuff is? Because it’s in a box at my aunt’s house and she’ll be shipping it to me later in the week. This guarantees that I’ll talk more about Bark World as I go through the box. No one, however, will be getting my Community Coffee with Chicory. Unless you drop in for coffee and chicken time.
Yes, the chickens missed me. I scratched their butts when I got home. Jimmy missed me, too. He made out with my shoes while I was wearing them. It was gross.
Come back tomorrow and see one of the dogs of Bark World, highlighted as our breed of the week. You don’t want to miss it! Subscribe if that’s what it take to remember!
Until I write again …
