Last week I spent time with Jazz and Lyric. Y’all might remember them from last year, when we talked about Jones Natural Chews Rib Rollers and Lamb Shanks. We also discussed anxiety in dogs. Jazz is a tiny rescued Yorkie, and Lyric is a tiny rescued Maltese, both loved by their mama more than they could have bargained for while waiting for their furever homes.
Jazz and Lyric’s mama had just had them groomed. I’d just gotten a box full of Rocky’s Rollers. It was a match made in doggy heaven!
These two dogs are very protective of my friend. Little Jazz is a work in progress. She came to my friend terrified of everything. Had to be on a leash indoors for a couple of years. She wouldn’t walk across the back yard at all. Look at her today.
Look at those tiny legs in motion! Still, inside the house, Jazz wanted to kill me. Unless I was giving her treats. Then she was my friend. It’s amazing how far Jones chews go toward making new friends.
How much difference does a year make? Jazz barked and barked when I would enter or exit the house, but she was mostly fine with me when I stayed put. Outside, as you saw, she didn’t hesitate to run and play while I was there. What a good dog!
And what did I bring for Jazz and Lyric? Check it out.
I left their mama with a small bag of Woofers and a couple of links of the beef Rocky’s Rollers, which should last a long time. I really appreciate my friend letting me barge in to take fuzzy photos of her cutie pies! And your dog will appreciate if you take a little time to find some Jones Natural Chews. It will make them smile. Naturally. Now go! Fetch! Your dog is waiting.
Until I write again …
