HAVE YOU ENTERED THE ACCESSORY GIVEAWAY? DEADLINE IS TONIGHT!
Yes! Jones Natural Chews has a commercial! A dog treat commercial! Have you seen it? LOOKIT!
I KNOW!!! Be honest. Tell me what you think. Please? I’m excited that Jones has a commercial for their dog treats! I’d love to see more videos coming out of Jones about the family, about the dog treats, stressing the all natural component, emphasizing the grown and made in the USA element. And this is a great beginning!
Yesterday I mentioned meeting new dogs. I’ll give you a photo or two and let you guess what breed they are, and I’ll tell you tomorrow. Sadly, I didn’t have a Bully Bone or a Braided Bully with me for the boys to try, but I did have a bag of Beef Liver and Chicken Taffy. They both fell in love with Jones chews on the spot.

I love that meeting these dogs was completely unplanned. I love that I had a baggie of all natural meat treats in my purse, courtesy of Jones Natural Chews.

I was actually on the outskirts of town buying coyote pelts from a hunter, if that gives you a breed hint. Beautiful pelts, which I’ll show y’all later, when I’m ready to tan them. They’re currently in the freezer.
These handsome dogs, each about a hundred pounds, are not pets. They’re working dogs. They seem to be indoor working dogs, as they were hanging out in the home office when I arrived and I had no clue that he had dogs. The dogs declared their love of Jones dog treats immediately they smelled them, drawing away from the freshly fleshed coyote pelts and snapping up the taffies. Dad seemed to be impressed.
That’s another thing about Jones – I’m constantly and consistently amazed at the number of people who tell me that their dogs either a) don’t like treats, or b) are finicky about their treats.
WHAT ARE YOU PEOPLE FEEDING YOUR DOGS?!?
Seriously. I almost never have a dog turn up its nose at a Jones dog treat. The dog might not want a particular meat, say chicken, but will scarf down any other meat I give it, like lamb or beef. Actually, chicken is the one dogs might snub, and that’s infrequent. I don’t think I’ve ever had a dog turn down a Beef Liver Taffy.
Sometimes a dog won’t take a treat from me, but nearly always it will take the Jones treat from mom when I leave. It has a lot to do with all Jones dog treats being almost completely, or completely, MEAT. Just meat. No flour-y biscuits from Jones. Just meat. Meat bones. Bones covered in meaty bits. Bones filled with meat.
Again I ask, what are you people feeding your dogs that they wouldn’t like treats? For heavens sake, give your dogs Jones chews. You’ll be shocked at two things:
- Even the most finicky of dogs will eat Jones – if your dog is super finicky, try either the Beef Liver Taffy, or the Lamb Lung Puffs, maybe the Pig Ear or Other Ear
- How low the price point is for a 100% all natural, 100% grown and made in the USA treat
Make your dog smile, people. You’ll thank me. Your dog will thank you. Plenty of pet stores and some feed stores carry Jones Natural Chews. The Atwoods feed stores in Oklahoma have them. If you can’t find them, check Natural Dog Treat Shop online. Seriously.
Check back in tomorrow for the breed of these handsome dogs. Their stories are fascinating! And don’t forget Darla Jane’s accessory giveaway! Deadline is tonight!
Until I write again …
