Happy Funny Bone Monday! FYI – the treat winner from last week will be announced at the end of today’s post, so read to the bottom!
My Hunny suggested I do a lovey, squishy Valentine’s theme today. He was very helpful and sent me links to several he thought would be appropriate. And that right there was my best Valentine’s gift ever. The man understands how I’m wired and sends me fun dog videos. 🙂
The first one he sent, though, is not squishy. Just funny. I thought it was hilarious, anyway. Check it out.
Oh. My. Dog. I about wet myself when the ancient Batman started to play. HILARIOUS.
But this next one is all squishy. OH THE CUTE. You will melt. Seriously. Into a little pile o’goo.
The next video is a little long. Feel free to skip ahead a little at a time. It’s worth making it to the end, though. Skipping from 40 seconds to 48 is especially nice, missing the older guy in the speedo. Just sayin’.
That’s a handsome donkey, yes? I’d fall in love, too.
Now don’t tell me this next video isn’t a Valentine’s video.
If you have EVER slept in the same bed with your true love, you know that this is exactly what true love does. It is.
This video is from right here in Tulsa. The music clips are kinda cheesy, but the story is heartwarming.
I’m watching the video thinking, “That guy looks really familiar.” Hm.
Next? Oh my dog. Just watch.
Can you believe that? I might just grab the kids’ basketball and see if I can’t balance the basketball on my nose while I run. But no video. Just … no.
Another Valentine love video? This one is the exact opposite of what happens in my yard.
I had no idea that this next was a possibility. I might save on scratch if this works out.
Is that not cool? Y’all, I’m seriously going to have to give the ducks kibble and see what they do.
Last, and probably least, a glimpse of what I’m hoping to teach the girls when I return from Orlando.
We’re looking to get more hens, already laying, to add to the flock. I can’t wait! And I’d like to teach them agility. How much fun would that be?!? My biggest frustration with training the girls to do anything is that Jones does not make a chew for chickens.
Maybe I can even save up and send the girls to chicken agility camp.
It is SO a real thing.
Petey is just jealous that he can’t learn agility. Lovey creature. He’s agreed to be my Valentine this year.
Oh! The treat winner! Via Random Number Generator, the winner is Diane Stana! Congratulations, Diane! Thanks to everyone who played along and left comments. Don’t despair if you didn’t win – there’s a contest every month! And next month we’re going BIG! So tune in again!
Until I write again …
