Do Dogs Drink Coffee?
I found myself asking, do dogs drink coffee? as I was drinking coffee from one of my favorite mugs. I would never share my own coffee with my dogs. Every drop is precious liquid gold, fuel for my day. So my own dogs will never know the lovely warmth and vigor a cup of coffee offers. *sigh*
But do any dogs drink coffee? I turn to the internet for answers. Naturally. And it’s Funny Bone Monday, so the following videos may or may not be accurate representations of dogs and coffee. Especially this first one.
ZOOM! Wanda is one FAST dog! Shoot, my Chewy is already the fastest dog I know. I’m pretty sure that coffee would make his little heart explode, if this is what it does to Wanda. This next video? Best of both worlds.
I’ve seen videos of dogs that open the fridge and bring their owner a beer. Those dogs are a dime a dozen. A coffee making dog? Worth its weight in gold! Hmm. I use a tea kettle and a French press. I wonder if I could train Chewy to make coffee? That would mean turning on the gas stove, so probably not.
I see. Dunkin’ Donuts coffee is the key to a dog’s heart. That makes sense. Their coffee is pretty good. Last, what I believe is a Boxer that actually did drink his owner’s coffee. Oh my.
So take what you will from these videos, but my dogs aren’t getting a drop of my coffee. Do dogs drink coffee? You be the judge.
