Dance!
Happy Funny Bone Monday! Dance! is our theme today. If you popped in on Friday, you saw Justin Timberlake’s new video, Can’t Stop the Feeling, and maybe you danced along? We’re beginning today’s videos with a different version of this dance video, because PUPPIES! Yes, there are puppies in the video! And because I seriously can’t get enough of this song. It made my entire Monday to hear it again. Dance with me, will ya?
You’re so welcome. Watch it again at the end of the day. A little pick me up, just for you.
Our next dance video is short, but infectious. It’s happy music and dancing dogs!
The Conga dogs in the next video are darling. No music, sadly, but what a fun trick!
The following puppy’s story begins as a sad one, with mange and malnourishment, but her dancing heart brings her through it.
Last, but not least, some gorgeous dogs learning to dance! These are beauties.
Monday Things
And now for Monday Things. Well, recovery things, for the curious. My recovery is going well, I think. My bottom is still sore, which is to be expected less than three weeks out from major surgery. My incisions itch and hurt, but none are an angry red, and none are hot to the touch (no infection). I still can’t bend all the way over to pick things up off the floor. Such is life. Oh! And I recently realized that I no longer have cancer. I think. The surgeon got all of it when he removed the effected parts. So yay!
More Monday Things – I’m sad I’ll be missing BlogPaws in a couple of weeks, but dog friends will be stopping in to visit on the way back from the conference! Notably, Carol and Darlene, of Fidose of Reality, along with the handsome Dexter. And Karen, mom of Louie the French Dog! How exciting! Now I have to find someone who’ll clean my house in preparation. It might take three weeks to get that done. Maybe if I take my time and am very careful I can get it all done myself. Who am I kidding?! I’ll call someone.
And because good friends are coming, bringing their good dogs, I’ll be ready with some Jones Natural Chews. All good dog hostesses keep a supply of Jones on hand for visiting pups. It’s just the right thing to do. I like to keep Jones Natural Chews beef and chicken taffies, as well as their sausage sticks. They tear and snap into tiny pieces and make the perfect treats for good dogs. You really should keep a stash, just in case. They’re also great for when the little dogs escape into the front yard and don’t want to come in. I just say “Treat” and hold up my hand and they come running.
Now! Go give your dog a Jones Natural Chew! And tap the first video again, give yourself a little treat while you’re at it. Maybe dance with your dog. You’ll both like that. 🙂
Spreading the good chews …
