IF YOU HAVEN’T ENTERED THE GIVEAWAY, DO IT NOW!
I’ve dubbed today Blue Friday. Allow me to set the stage.
Yesterday I took the wee dogs to be groomed. We bathe them at home, and they don’t need all-over haircuts, but little dogs are different from big dogs in that they need their anal glands checked and expressed regularly. I didn’t know that going in, or we sure wouldn’t have little dogs. I don’t do anal gland expression. *shudder* While I was hanging out, waiting, I hit the Dollar Tree, looking for fun stuff for a buck. I found this.
For four years I’ve wanted to use a temporary color on Jimmy’s topknot. And now that we have the cute Gadget-with-a-mohawk, that would be darling colored, too. Yes? So. This morning, before doing anything else, and for YOUR BENEFIT (people, the things I do for you) (this is why I’m so late in posting), I got up and opened the blue temporary dye. Y’all, little Gadget deserves about a million Jones Natural Chews for letting me do this to him. Except too many treats would make him ill. So I’mma give him a small part of a Woofer and call it good. Check out the dye job on the Brussels mutt.
Yeah. And Chewy doesn’t think much of it.
So. Next time I’ll go to Sally Beauty and find something. Or remember to look for sidewalk chalk while I’m at the Dollar Tree. Sheesh. I can’t complain too loudly on this Blue Friday, though. It did work out for Jimmy.
Bluing up a duck’s topknot was a little tricky, I admit. It looks a bit sketchy. And a little punk. But all kinds of handsome.
Y’all, don’t forget our giveaway! If you haven’t already left a comment on the giveaway post, go do it now! Seriously. I give away treats every month. They’re all natural and all USA grown and produced. Dogs go NUTS for these things. So don’t hesitate to share the giveaway post with your friends. They’ll thank you for introducing them to the best dog treats on the planet. Jones Natural Chews. Know why? They make dogs smile. Naturally.
Until I write again …
