IF YOU HAVEN’T ENTERED THE GIVEAWAY FOR A TREAT, GO DO THAT NOW! THE DEADLINE IS TONIGHT!!
It’s This’n’That Thursday.
A little of this and a little of that and everything in between …
I have a lot of little this n that’s to catch up on this week. Like Blog Paws! That’s next week, you know. I’m so excited!!
Jones Natural Chews is a Blog Paws sponsor this year, meaning we’ll have a table there. There will be giveaways. I’ll get to MEET SO MANY OF YOU FER REALS!!! How cool is that?!? OH MY DOG. Anyone wanting to hang out at day’s end, just let me know. I want to meet and talk and laugh with as many of you as possible!
But Ryan Gosling will not be traveling with me. Sorry ladies. He’s an adorable creature. Why, just this morning we were snuggling together on the couch.
He’s mine. All mine.
Oliver update – he’s trying to dominate the dog. Y’all with male rabbits and dogs – is this normal?
Yes, he’s doing what rabbits do. It’s pretty hilarious, and Flash does NOT like it. But, as with the ducks biting his rear end, he tolerates it, in a growly way.
Puppy question: Kato, from yesterday’s post, has been throwing up in the middle of the night for several nights. Neither his mom or the vet know what the deal is. The vet has him on food to settle his tummy for now. He seems fine otherwise. Anyone willing to weigh in is welcome. Thanks!
On the home front, my mom had her knee replaced yesterday. So in the midst of my blog theme not working and having an ugly blog (okay, it’s not ugly, but it’s not the theme I chose and designed), I can’t fix it right now. I’ll be heading back to the hospital after wrapping up this post. She’s doing well – she’s the ideal age and in great health – but the pain meds make her really nauseous. We’d appreciate your prayers if you’re praying people. I know she’ll be fine, but it’s a rough recovery, knee replacement. Thanks. 🙂
That said, I’ll be blogging from my mom’s house the next week, as I’ll be staying with her and leaving my little farm in the city in the capable hands of my boy.
This means we’ll be seeing less of the chickens and more of Miss Honey.
Miss Honey always makes me smile. My mom knew that she needed to do something about her knee when her three mile walks with the dog were decreased to once around the block.
And that’s a wrap! Don’t forget to enter the giveaway if you haven’t already! The deadline is tonight at midnight, Chicago time, or Tulsa time. I love a good giveaway.
Until I write again …
