Employees and family members are equally important at Jones Natural Chews Co. The Jones family manages the business, but our approach is hands on! We get involved in the every day activities of the manufacturing plant. We have a full crew of professionally trained butchers to handle the raw product processing, and a full crew of packaging and labeling specialists to handle the packaging, boxing, and labeling of finished products. Robert Jones is a professionally trained butcher with over 45 years of experience.
Robert is the President of the company.

Darlene Jones is the head accountant and personnel manager. She has been the company’s bookkeeper for 37 years.

Darren Jones is a professionally trained butcher and sausage maker with over 24 years of experience.  Darren is the product development manager.

Dean Jones is a professionally trained butcher and sausage maker with over 22 years of experience.  Dean is the operations manager.

Laura Jones-Herr has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. She has managed the office for 20 years.

Melissa Jones is the customer service manager.  She is attending college for a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication.  She has been with the company for 3 years.  (She is the daughter of Darren Jones)

Jenna Jones is the office assistant and invoicing. She is currently attending college and has been with the company for one year. (She is the daughter of Darren Jones).
