We offer three varieties of center bones cut from the beef femur and beef tibia bones in several lengths.

** Smoked bones are naturally baked with lots of meaty tidbits and natural smoke flavor. The marrow is not removed, so most bones will have some marrow left in.

**Natural bones are naturally baked and meaty with no smoke added.  The marrow is not removed, so most bones will have some marrow left in.

**Bare Bones are completely bare of any meat and are naturally cooked.  They are not smoked and have no marrow.
