Robert L. Jones, President, and Darlene Jones, Accountant, retired in July 2008, passing the reigns on to three of their children, Darren, Dean, and Laura. Darren Jones, a professionally trained smoked meat and sausage maker with over 28 years of experience is the Vice President of Product Development. Dean Jones, a professionally trained butcher and sausage maker with over 26 years of experience is the Vice President of Production. Laura Jones - Herr has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She has managed the office for 21 years and is now the Finance Officer.

Move over for the seventh generation! Melissa Williamson (Jones) has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. She has worked in customer service for seven years and is now the Customer Service and Office Manager. Jenna Freeman (Jones) worked in the accounting department, but has moved on to other pursuits.
